Development of Control and Inspection Measures

Watermark Quality Consultants provides assistance to government authorities and organisations tasked with the implementation of current legislation for blood and tissues. Specialised training for inspectors in these fields can be provided by well qualified and experienced consultants.

Inspection and Compliance

The goal of Watermark Quality Consultants is to provide assessment and advice to companies in order for them to meet the requirements of current regulations and standards. Audits and mock inspections of Blood Establishments, Tissue Establishments and Hospital Blood Banks are conducted against current regulations including European Union (EU) Directives, applicable National legislation and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Recommendations for the corrective action required to meet compliance are provided.

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Training

Compliance with the requirements of GMP forms an integral part of current legislation. Training courses designed specifically to meet customer requirements both in duration and content can be provided. Topics routinely covered include GMP basics, GMP awareness for Hospital Blood Bank personnel, Quality Assurance (QA), Introduction to Validation and Document Control. The training programmes include workshops related to the customer’s business to aid the learning process.
